Shipping Policy

We have and provide tracking on all orders. In the case a package gets lost, we are not liable unless there was a mistake with the address on our part. We will help and do our best to get your package to your door! In the case a refund is issued, shipping charges are not refunded, only the price of the product.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a custom shop, we do not accept returns once the order has been processed and complete. Returns are only allowed when we have proof of damage or a defected product has been shipped to you. If your product is damaged or defective, you must send a photo and/or video as proof to (AAVinylCuts@Gmail.com).

Any issues with your order (not delivered/defective/wrong order/etc...) must be brought to the attention of the AA Vinyl Cuts staff within 14 days of your order being marked "delivered" by the United States Postal Service. Please note, this is 14 days after being marked delivered, not placing your order.

All refunds are only processed by the AA Vinyl Cuts team and we have the right to deny a refund. No exchanges will be granted once an order has been processed and complete.
